Shipping
Domestic shipping for standard orders is $5.50. International shipping starts at $10 to Canada and $16 everywhere else. The cost of postage to ship orders internationally has increased since the beginning of the year, thus the shipping cost has been adjusted accordingly. Please be aware that you may have to pay a customs fee when your package arrives in your country. Packages are shipped via USPS First Class Mail.
Returns and exchanges
Unfortunately, all sales are final. Returns and exchanges are not accepted at this time. If you received your order damaged or defective, please message us with pictures at sales@kraftinars.com and we will try to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
